Effective policy needs numbers. Analysis of statistical data, expert surveys, public opinion polls and other tools of scientific research of state and municipal government are needed to substantiate changes in the regulatory sphere. Any project, any fundraising or crowdfunding campaign requires a scientific justification of the problems and possible solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Determining the priority problems of the city, region, and state is also impossible without the involvement of research capacity, analysis of various official and sociological data, and skills in working with scientific tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Promoting the human development model as a tool for policy and protection of the rights of the Russian-speaking minority is impossible without the creation of a specialized think tank. TheInternational Think Tank on Human Development<\/strong> is the first step in all of Dor Moria’s socio-social projects, providing the necessary data to ensure effective lobbying at local and national levels, as well as motivating social mobilization processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
