Rights to participate fully in the political, economic, social and cultural life of society.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>We view the CR as:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ideology on the basis of which society develops, a new paradigm for providing policy decisions in the interests of the individual;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the technology <\/strong>of sustainable development of society, ensuring the development and implementation of strategies to reform and improve social relations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>a set of indicators<\/strong> and approaches to managing the social sector.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Model CR:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Health, active longevity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education level;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social Security;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A decent standard of living;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>CR conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in political life and community life;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental Sustainability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social sustainability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security and Human Rights;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equality and Justice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Sustainable Development and Human Development are two different ideological approaches. They see the necessary changes for future generations in different ways. Sustainable development with its human capital has an ecological-economic dominant. Human development provides human-centered development policies and strategies.<\/p>\n\n<p>This concept could be called <strong>technological humanism of the third millennium<\/strong>. An important factor for CR is the existence of a system of indicators. A set of indicators allows you to manage the planning and development processes. It allows us to consider education, health care, and social protection as a whole.
