Walking in Haifa

Saturday, July 10, 4:30 p.m.!

“Walking in Haifa Join us!

This Saturday, July 10, you are invited to take part in a walk through Nahal Ahuza.

This route begins at the Witkin/Froyd intersection, Merkaz Horev, and ends in the Ahuza neighborhood, near Carmel Hospital (there are several exit options, we will decide on the spot).

Duration of the route – about 2-3 km, the passage takes about 2-2.5 hours.

✅ Gather at the Froyd/Whitkin bus stop at 4:30 p.m. We leave at 16:45, please don’t be late.

✅ Gathering point coordinates:Freud/Vitkinhttps://maps.app.goo.gl/sXBn6waJBkSQgAhA7

✅ Have a bottle of water and a cap, wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

✅ There is a possibility that there is trash on this trail that is left behind by residents walking there. We’ll take bags and gloves with us and do a little trail cleaning, as we do on every walk we do. This can slow down the passage.

✅ The route can be difficult for you, in some places difficult to pass. The trail may have fallen trees, branches, slippery places, and awkward descents. Count your strengths, please! Remember, this is not an organized tour! We go for walks and invite anyone who wants and can walk the route on their own to join us, understanding the risks of falling and getting hurt. By joining us, you agree that you are responsible for your own health. A huge request not to be alienated from the group and to go in the company of several people.
