Human development (HD) is an ongoing process of human empowerment. Rights to participate fully in the political, economic, social and cultural life of society.
We view the CR as:
- ideology on the basis of which society develops, a new paradigm for providing policy decisions in the interests of the individual;
- the technology of sustainable development of society, ensuring the development and implementation of strategies to reform and improve social relations;
- a set of indicators and approaches to managing the social sector.
Model CR:
- Health, active longevity;
- Education level;
- Social Security;
- A decent standard of living;
- Access to information.
CR conditions:
- Participation in political life and community life;
- Environmental Sustainability;
- Social sustainability;
- Security and Human Rights;
- Equality and Justice.
Sustainable Development and Human Development are two different ideological approaches. They see the necessary changes for future generations in different ways. Sustainable development with its human capital has an ecological-economic dominant. Human development provides human-centered development policies and strategies.
This concept could be called technological humanism of the third millennium. An important factor for CR is the existence of a system of indicators. A set of indicators allows you to manage the planning and development processes. It allows us to consider education, health care, and social protection as a whole. Ensure that the effectiveness of the initiatives being implemented is evaluated.
